The Residence have bungalow composed by two rooms, a double room and two single beds in the dining room, a cooking-corner with methane and all additional, refrigerator, TV, air conditioned or heating, bathroom with shower.

Outside there is a covered veranda, a garden and a private place for the car.

Pets are admitted and also the use of barbecue.

From 15 June to 15 September we rent Bungalow weekly, in the remaining periods we rent them for few days (subject to availability).
In the price list are indicated weekly rates depending by the occupants of the bungalow. Children under 3 years do not pay.

The weekly rate includes:
- pool entrance from 1/6 to 30/9 with two sunbeds and an umbrella
- use of kitchen and consumption
- TV and air conditioning
- bed linen
- final cleaning
- parking
Does not include:
- tourist tax (compulsory) € 1,00 per person per day from 12 years
- supplement for animal disinfection € 50,00 per week

On request:
- washing machines € 5,00 per wash
- set of towels € 6,00 per change
- swimming cap in the pool € 5,00
- midweek cleaning € 30,00
- change of bed linen, single € 6,00/ double € 10,00
